The aims of this study are to determine the influence of product quality and service quality simultaneously in purchasing decision at Kopi Pulang Palembang and to determine the variable which has the dominant influence between product quality and service quality in purchasing decision at Kopi Pulang Palembang. This study uses data obtained through respondents responses by questionnaire.The population of this research is all consumers of Kopi Pulang Palembang.The sample is determined by purposive sampling method with a total of 100 samples. The data analysis techniques used in this study are the t test, f test, multiple linear regression analysis, and test of determination. The results showed that the product quality and service quality simultaneously had a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction at Kopi Pulang Palembang. The dominant independent variable is the Service Quality variable.
