TRADISI KENDURI SEPASARAN PADA TRANSMIGRAN JAWA DI DESA ENGGAL REJO KABUPATEN BANYUASIN (STUDI PADA SOLIDARITAS SOSIAL TRANSMIGRAN JAWA DAN MASYARAKAT SETEMPAT)
This research is designed to examine the tradition of kenduri sepasaran in Enggal Rejo Village of Banyuasin Regency by looking at the process of kenduri sepasaran and the solidarity of Javanese transmigrants and local communities. The theory used to examine the problem of social solidarity is Emile Durkheim's theory of social solidarity. The method used in this research is qualitative, with Javanese and non-Javanese transmigrants as the primary informants and key informants and the community as supporting informants in this research. This research's data collection techniques are observations, interviews with significant informants and critical informants, supporting informants, and documentation. This research showed that kenduri sepasaran implementation has three stages or core processions: procession before kenduri sepasaran, procession during kenduri sepasaran, and procession after kenduri sepasaran. First, procession before kenduri sepasaran includes: ngundang rewang, rewang implementation, melekan wengi, jagong baby, asol-asol, ngundang kenduri; second, the procession at the time of kenduri sepasaran included: shaking hands and sitting in circles, the initial meal, the host's welcome, the joint prayer, the sharing of rice blessings, shaking hands and saying goodbye; third, the procession after kenduri sepasaran includes: kukutan or finished. The form of solidarity in the implementation of kenduri sepasaran in Enggal Rejo Village is a form of mechanical solidarity or solidarity and a common bond based on an equation either in value, belief, or life view. In the community of Enggal Rejo village, the same equations based on people's lives are equality of paseduluran or kinship value, equality of values cooperative or mutual assistance, and religious equality that is the religion that is embraced, namely Islam religion.
