This thesis is motivated by the planned activities of the Palembang City Housing and Settlement Service which have not been realized according to plan. The purpose of this study was to find out how the implementation of the Collection of Funeral Service Retribution Implementation in TPU Kamboja Palembang City by the Department of Public Housing and Settlement Area of Palembang City. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods, while for data collection techniques using in-depth interview techniques, documentation, observation. The discussion was directed to find out the actual facts of how the Implementation of Collection of Funeral Service Retribution at TPU Kamboja Palembang City in Palembang City DPRKP. Based on the results of analysis and research in the field it can be concluded that the Implementation of Collection of Funeral Service Levy at TPU Kamboja in Palembang City DPRKP, Implementation of Funeral Service Retribution Collection at Palembang City TPU By the Department of Public Housing and Settlement of Palembang City has not been according to plan. Implementation Program for Collection of Funeral Service Levies in Palembang City TPU whose realization has not been planned, namely Collection of Funeral Service Retribution at TPU Kamboja Palembang City. The Public Housing Office and the Settlement Area must carry out routine socialization so that users of funeral services know the rules governing collection of funeral service fees.
