Based on Board of Directors Decree No. 168.K/DIR/2011, dated November 10, 2011 on the health maintenance of employees PT.PLN (Persero) South Sumatra Generation Master Unit To make it easier for the company to monitor the health of each member of its company, PLN has now begun implementing an online system health maintenance program to record the health history of employees With this system PLN in real time can access the health data of employees and families of registered employees with the purpose of this research aims to know the implementation of health maintenance implementation policy at PT. PLN (Persero) South Sumatra Generation Master Unit. This research is included in the study with a public policy perspective using theories from Ripley and Franklin, Ripley and Franklin Theory want to emphasize the level of compliance of policy implementors to the content of existing policies, at a later stage look at the smooth implementation of function routines, as well as how much problems faced in implementation in the end as well after all running will manifest good performance and achieve desired goals (impacts). The subjects of this study are Assistant Manager of Human Resources Administration Sub-Section of PT. PLN (South Sumatra Generation Master Unit Company) , Junior Officer remuneration and Benefit of PT. PLN (Persero) South Sumatra Generation Master Unit, permanent employee of PT. PLN (Persero) Main Unit of Sumatra Generation Section and several other supporting informants who are considered relevant to the research. Data collection techniques are used with open interviews and observations of the two techniques are also used to find out the data on how the implementation of health maintenance program in PT. PLN (Persero) South Sumatra Generation Master Unit.The results of the study showed the implementation of the health care policy in PT. PLN (Persero) South Sumatra Generation Master Unit is already doing well but in the theory used in the perspective of compliance level there is still an understanding of implementors and target groups that need to be socialized and from the perspective of obstacles there is still the need for evaluation of the applicable system Key Word: Public Policy, Health Care Policy
