The implementation of the village asset management policies in Muara Enim Regency is based 0n Muara Enim Regent Regulation with the Number 14 of year 2016 that concering in the Village Asset Management. One form of the village asset management that is already underway in the Muara Enim Regency is in the form of the village treasury land. Gunung Megang Luar village is the only village in Muara Enim regency thich has village assets in the form of cash and village. The Purpose of this research is to determine the implementation of village in the Gunung Megang District of Muara Enim Regency. This research uses the theoritical framework of the model form the implementation of Van Metter and Van Horn. The method used in this research is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques is being used, namely as documentation, observation and interviews. The data analysis techique that being used in this research is and interactive model that according to the Miles and Huberman. The results of this research indicate that the implementation of village asset management policies in the form of the cash land in Gunung Megang Luar Village, this has not been done well because it can be seen from the policy targets that have not yet been reached, the management or manager of village assets eho do not have competent in managing cillage assets, sources of funds and budgets which is still limited, the area of assets that are under the management is still small at only 13 hectares, results management of village assets that have not provided benefits, the role of BPD is not yet optimal as well as the sub-district supervision an the PMD regency office that has not been maximized.
