Archiving is the process of storing and managing archived documents according to the filing system. In South Sumatra BNN there are obstacles in mail management and often result in errors in data storage and mail searches. The purpose of writing is to make a website-based correspondence application at the South Sumatra BNN Government Agency to facilitate the checking, search and storage of data for incoming and outgoing mail safely. Applications developed using the waterfall method because it is considered very effective in designing an information system starting from the concept of needs analysis, system design, writing program code, testing and maintenance. With this application can assist in the process of filing a computerized correspondence at the South Sumatra BNN. This system is built using the PHP programming language.
