This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the application of the online monitoring system of the online monitoring system of the treasury system and the state budget (OM SPAN) and identify any factors that inhibit the application of the online monitoring system of the treasury and state budget (OM SPAN) at the state tresury service office (KPPN) in Palembang. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative method. This study uses information systems theory proposed by Tata Sutabri (2012:33). The collection techniques used in this study were observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The result of this study indicate that the application of the online moitoeing the treasury system and the state budget (OM SPAN) in the treasury service office (KPPNP Palembang has been effective. This is based on an analysis of the three aspect put forward by the administration system which are accurate, timely and relevant. Of the three aspects, there are indicators which have been analyzed and shw that the application of the online monitoring of the treasury and state budget system (OM SPAN) in the state trasury service office (KPPN) in Palembang is effective and running well.
