PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT. TASPEN (PERSERO) KANTOR CABANG PALEMBANG
The purpose of this study to determine the influence of organizational culture on PT. Taspen performance. The research was conducted at PT. Taspen (Persero) Palembang branch office. This research used quantitative approach which involved 31 employees and data collected through distribution of questionnaires to respondents and was tested by using Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) version 25.
