This study aims to examine the effect of profitability, firm size, sales growth, asset structure, non-debt tax shield, firm age and liquidity on the company's capital structure in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2018. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling method in order to obtain a sample of 15 companies from 26 companies and a total research sample of 60. Methods of data analysis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis. The results in this study indicate that profitability has a positive effect on capital structure, firm size has no effect on capital structure, sales growth has a positive effect on capital structure, asset structure shows a positive effect on capital structure, non-debt tax shield does not show an effect on capital structure, firm age does not show an effect on capital structure, and liquidity shows the influence for capital structure.
