ANALISIS TINGKAT KEPUASAN MASYARAKAT DALAM PELAYANAN JALAN RAYA (PJR) DI SATUAN LALU LINTAS KEPOLISIAN RESOR MUARA ENIM
The background of this thesis is development of technology and development of era because the volume of vehicles increasing rapidly every year, but this is not comparable with available roads. The impact of increase volume which is traffic jams, traffic disorderly and traffic violation. The thesis purpose is to find out level public satisfaction about patrol service of the rouds at traffic unit of police Muara Enim. The thesis be using Zeithaml et.al theory of service quality for quantification public satisfaction. The theory be composing five dimension, that is tangibel dimension, reliability dimension, responsiviness dimension, assurance dimension and emphaty dimension. The thesis using quantitative method with questionnaire of a form and observation as a comparison. The questionnaire share to one hundred (100) responden of Muara Enim people roads user. The technique questionnaire method by using a purposive sample. The point of thesis is Muara Enim people very satisfied, the gap a value of 1,3. The tangibel dimension explain about facilities and completeness of traffic police get the highest score, while the assurance dimension get lowest score. The recommendation for this thesis is make survey and evaluations in order to more optiml service.
