This thesis is titled "The Implementation of Home Care Policy in Prabumulih City in 2019". This research is based on the gap in the number of home care officers from the nine UPTD Puskesmas in Prabumulih City and the lack of socialization to the public regarding home care health services. This research aims to find out the implementation of home care in Prabumulih City in 2019. This research uses the theory of public policy implementation put forward by Charles O. Jones, which includes three activities that need to be carefully considered: organization, interpretation, and application. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive. The method of data collection is by interview, library study, and observation. The results of this research show that the dimensions of the organization and interpretation have not gone well. There is already an organizational structure and human resources that support home care policy in the organizational dimension. However, the facilities and infrastructure have not all been met for nine UPTD Puskesmas in Prabumulih City, and there is a reduction in incentives for home care officers. There are already regulations on home care in the interpretation dimension, but there are no specific home care officers' regulations. This research was advised to provide more incentives to home care officers, create specific rules about home careofficers, and improve home care services.
