This research is motivated by various phenomena, namely the Provision of Drinking Water which is one of the basic needs and a strategic issue in Ogan Ilir Regency. There are several problems in the issue of Drinking Water Supply, namely the low number of people who are served decent drinking water (69.30% in 2019), there are still many raw water sources that have not been properly managed and people's understanding of the need for proper drinking water for health is still less. This phenomenon is regulated in the Ogan Ilir Regent Regulation Number 50 of 2018 concerning the Regional Action Plan for the Provision of Drinking Water and Environmental Sanitation (RAD AMPL). This research was conducted at the Regional Planning and Development Agency (BAPPEDA) of Ogan Ilir Regency along with the Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD), which is the Housing and Settlement Area Office of Ogan Ilir Regency. This type of research is descriptive using qualitative research methods. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data, while data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interview, and documentation techniques. This study uses an implementation theory model proposed by Merilee S. Grindle. The results of this study indicate that the policy implementation has not run optimally. This can be seen from the low coverage of proper drinking water services in Ogan Ilir Regency which is still below the standard percentage of the District RPJMD, the not optimal use of the facilities and funding resources, and there are still many people who have not received socialization. Suggestions related to this finding are from the constraints previously mentioned, namely the need for strategic factors from actors involved with the holding of more massive socialization and increasing the priority budget for AMPL by looking for other funding alternatives. Keywords: Implementation, Regional Action Plans, Water Supply
