The title of this research is Analysis of the Implementation Policy of Liberalization Trade in Services in Telecommunication Services in Indonesia. This research aims to explain the commitment and the things Indonesia’s compliance after commit to ratification the General Agreement on Trade in Services in telecommunication services sector. This research using the interdependence concept to see interdependence relation between the actors in implementing liberalization policy of telecommunication services in Indonesia and using the international regime concept to analyse the effect of international regime toward Indonesia policy. Data were analysed using a qualitative method. The result of this research show there has been interdependence between state actor in implementation of telecommunication service in Indonesia. And at this time GATS boosted the chance of privatization while at the same time restructuring the national policy, transition to competition era and the result also show the increase of foreign direct investment in industry of telecommunication service.
