The aim of this research is to determine the effect of leadership style to the employee performance in the CV. Karya Mitra Sukses. The population on this research took all of the employees of CV. Karya Mitra Sukses which is 41 respondents and used a saturated sampling method. The technique that is used on this research to collect the data needed is by handing out the questionnaires to all of the employees in the research object and the analyses technique that is used on this research is simple regression analysis technique. The results showed that the leadership style had a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the CV. Karya Mitra Sukses. The suggestion that could be given from this research is by applying more to consulative and partisipative leadership styles that could both affect and increase the performance of the employee in the CV.
