PT. Tiga Raja Palembang is one of the chicken selling business companies in Palembang City which still applies the conventional sales system where the way customers are often not generous with the company, and several times customers are disappointed because the price is not suitable, I offer the Application of the Up-Selling Strategy. and Cross-Selling in CRM to Increase Sales at PT. Three Kings of Palembang. This strategy is built based on the waterfall system development method according to (Fauziah, 2018) with Context Diagram notation, DFD, ERD, and the programming language is PHP and MySQL as DBMS. The results of the analysis carried out, the Sales System with the Implementation of Up-Selling and Cross-Selling Strategies has several advantages, including supporting the online sales process, providing Cross-Selling and Up-Selling product offerings, providing the latest product information and providing discounts on products certain customers who have made a purchase. In addition, this system also generates several reports, including transaction reports, product reports, and customer reports, making it easier for owners to conduct evaluations to implement sales strategies for the following month.
