This study aims to determine the financial performance of PT. Logindo SamudraMakmur Tbk from 2015 to 2019. The data used is secondary data by looking at the company's financial statements that are managed using financial ratio analysis tools in the form of profitability ratios which include Net Profit Margin, Return On Asset, and Return on Equity. and the ratio of activities that include total asset turnover, inventory turnover, and account receivable turnover. Then a linear trend analysis is carried out through the application of the Minitab program to see the trend lines that occur and then a comparison is made to the average of similar industries. The results of this study indicate that the overall profitability ratio has decreased due to an increase in the company's operating costs, while the activity ratio shows a decreased fluctuating value.
