STRATEGI KOMUNIKASI PEMASARAN BANK SUMSELBABEL DALAM PROGRAM TABUNGAN SIMPLE DAY BAGI MASYARAKAT KOTA PALEMBANG
This thesis is entitled Marketing Communication Strategy of Sumsel Babel bank in the Simple Day Savings Program for the People of Palembang City. This thesis was made to discover how the Marketing Communication Strategy of Sumsel Babel Bank, in conducting marketing communication, especially on Simple Day savings products. In this study, the researcher used a qualitative method with a research approach using Observation, Documentation, and Interviewing. The combination of technology and communication created a concept in the form of the latest marketing communication that utilizes all kinds of communication channels. Innovations in marketing communication lead to various concepts and theories that underlie the creation of the Integrated Marketing Communication theory. IMC theory offers a variety of communication patterns that can be used by companies both in the concept of product and service communication products. Simple Savings Program was a Collaboration program between Sumsel Babel Bank and the Financial Services Authority of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) to encourage students to enjoy saving money and instilling discipline in financial matters as early as possible. Recommendations from the results of this study state that in marketing savings products, Simple provides an overview of how the Sumsel Babel Bank carried out the marketing concept in its entirety with various methods used in conducting in-depth approaches to consumers.
