The thesis was titled Radio Broadcasting Management of Swara Maspero East OKU District in 2019, this thesis was made to determine how the management of Radio Swara Maspero East OKU District in 2019. In this research researchers are able to formulate a quality method with a research approach using observation, documentation and interviews. Radio is one of the electronic mass media in addition to television. Before the advent of television and online media, Radio has become part of the community because it can provide information and entertainment. Radio Swara Maspero was one of the first FM radios to air in East OKU. At the time, Radio Swara Maspero was a well-known radio in the East OKU District and Radio Swara Maspero also had a wide range to exit the district, having different listener characteristics and abundant advertisers that made the Radio station Swara Maspero successful in its time. But as the development, Radio Swara Maspero seemed to lose listeners due to the development of the era. The East OKU community, dedicated to Radio Swara Maspero, would prefer to enjoy broadcast pictures and to seek entertainment on social media. This factor causes Radio Swara Maspero to have a good broadcasting management within its radio stations from planning, organizing, directing and giving influence, and supervision.
