Allowances are given based on the presence of employees and in accordance with the group and echelons of each employee. To overcome the calculation of allowances that previously the list of employee attendance is calculated in advance by the employees of the staffing department, an information system is created that can calculate employee benefits as well as can process employee attendance data as a condition of providing employee benefits to be easier and efficient for employees. This system was created using fast system development method and system design was created using DFD, ERD, and using PHP and MySQL programming languages as DBMS.
