This study aimed to find out effects of exchange rates, foreign debt, and the levels of trade transparency on foreign exchange reserves in Indonesia. The data used secondary data in the form of time series. Namely the periods from 1977 to 2018. The analysis rates, foreign debt, and the levels of transparency simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on foreign reserves in Indonesian. Partially, the exchange rate had a positive and significant effect on Indonesian foreign exchange reserves, while the foreign debt and the levels of transparency had a positive and significant effects. While the foreign debt had a negatie and significant effect. The regression coefficient was 0.866 or 86 persen, meaning that the variable had a strong effect on foreign exchange reserves while the rest was affected by other variables.
