Thiss study aims to describe the role of the Intan Maharani Palembang Foundation in the preention of HIV/AIDS Transmission and understand the challenges that field workers demand in carring out their role in opposing the transmission of HIV/AIDS in MSM (Male Sex Men). This research in a qualitative descriptive study. Data collection is done by direct collection, in-depth interviews and data collection. The results that show the role of the Intan Maharani Foundation in Palembang based on the tasks and funtions of the foundation that support HIV/AIDS associated with their duties as a giver of hope who carry out the foundation's role with MSM groups and ak t conduct VCT tests with positive or negative results ill be followed up on, norm that are followed conducted by determining outreach sites or hotspots then inviting for VCT tests and given training for those who are HIV negative positive who will be referred to the Sriwijaya Plus Foundation, training conducted by foundations that provide work training and special edutainment on health issues, infectious diseases and HIV/AIS, responses and ssanctions given to those ho are not actively involved at the Intan Maharani Palembang Foundation with approval and reprimand in this regard reminded that MSM groups are the highest group of HIV/AIDS or other sexy infectious diseases.
