ANALISIS PENGARUH BAURAN PEMASARAN JASA TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN MASYARAKAT KOTA PALEMBANG DALAM PENGGUNAAN TRANSMUSI
This study aims to determine how the effect of the service marketing mix, the service marketing mix on the decision to use Transmusion. The sampling method used was non-probability with a sample of 100 people from the city of Palembang. The technique of collecting data by using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. Primary data were processed using SPSS version 16.0. The results of this study indicate that the service marketing mix simultaneously has a significant effect on community use decisions on Transmusi buses in Palembang. The service marketing mix strategy such as price, place, and physical evidence partially has a significant effect on the community's decision to use Transmusi buses in Palembang. Meanwhile, the product, promotion, people, and process service marketing mix strategy partially does not have a significant effect on community use decisions on Transmusi buses in the city of Palembang.
