Every school, especially high school, wants their students to get a career that suits their interests and talents. Sometimes many students stop or drop out of study because the field they are in does not match the student's abilities. The decision support system determines multiple intelligence using the Profile Matching and the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) methods which is very helpful for teachers, especially BK (Counseling Guidance) teachers to shorten the time in knowing the multiple intelligences of each student. By ranking previously done manually and can minimize the possibility of human error. The criteria used are the weight of each question and for the alternative use eight intelligences. The result of this software is a ranking of the eight intelligences of each student and there are suggestions for the types of schools and professions that match those intelligences. Based on the test results of this decision support system by comparing manual calculations with the ranking of the Profile Matching and TOPSIS methods, the accuracy rate is 94%.
