This study aims to assess the level of capability of Electronic Data Information Systems at Dinas Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Air Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Since 2018 until now, no action has been taken to assess the achievement of SiEDI capability levels, so that there are still obstacles such as lack of supervision of software, invalid data on the system, and the absence of IT governance policies and procedures as a whole. In carrying out this capability level assessment, COBIT 5 is used as a framework. The COBIT 5 framework was chosen, because the COBIT 5 framework can be applied to all companies of all sizes. Based on the results of the assessment that the capability level of Electronic Data Information System (SiEDI) is at level 3 which means Establish.
