PENGARUH PROFITABILITAS, LIKUIDITAS, DAN UKURAN PERUSAHAAN TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN (STUDI EMPIRIS PADA PERUSAHAAN MANUFAKTUR SEKTOR INDUSTRI BARANG KONSUMSI DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA PERIODE 2017-2019)
The study aims to analyze the effect of profitability, liquidity, and size on the value of the company. The company's value is measured using Price to Book Value (PBV). Consumer goods industry manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017-2019 as a research population. The purposive sampling method is used as a technique in sample retrieval, so obtained 27 companies that fit the sample criteria with a total of 81 research observations. This research uses quantitative data and secondary data. Secondary data in the form of financial statements for the period 2017-2019. The data analysis techniques in this study use multiple linear regression analyses. The results of this study show that Profitability (ROA) does not have a positive influence on the value of the company. Liquidity (CR) has no positive effect on the value of the company. Size hurts the value of the company. Also, only 0.105 denominational coefficients (R2) are obtained which means free variables can explain 10.5% of bonded variables, and the remaining 89.5% is explained by other factors beyond the variables studied.
