This research is motivated by the inappropriate running of website management activities. This is due to constraints with websites that are sometimes inaccessible, lack of skilled human resources in handling web matters, a decline in the quality of website content, information on the website is not updated, and the content of the website content is not in accordance with the standards of electronic information systems based on laws and regulations. This study aims to determine Website Management activities at the Department of Youth and Sports of South Sumatra Province. The method used in this research is qualitative method. This research technique was carried out through in-depth interviews and documentation studies. This research uses management theory by George R. Terry. George R. Terry's theory emphasizes 4 dimensions to measure management so that it can be implemented well, namely Planning, Organizing, Implementing and Supervising. The results showed that Planning, Organizing, Implementation and Supervision have not been implemented properly. The conclusion of this research is the website management is not implemented well, it is needed: (1) Training activities in managing the Website for the management team, (2) Keep in close collaboration with the Office of Communication and Information of the Province of South Sumatra, (3) Improvements are made as well as renewal or innovation and complete the contents of the menu features available on the website, (4) The content of the website content should refer to Law Number 25 of 2009 concerning Public Services Article 23 Paragraph 4 in accordance with standardization of electronic-based information systems and ( 5) The planned budget for the activities of the management of the website of the Department of Youth and Sports of South Sumatra Province should be increased so that the realization of the budget reaches 100%.
