PENGARUH KOMUNIKASI ANTARPRIBADI WALI KELAS TERHADAP MOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA KELAS VIII DI MTS NEGERI 1 KOTA LUBUKLINGGAU
The purpose of this research is to determine whether there is an influence and how much influence of Homeroom Teacher Interpersonal Communication Teacher with Students on Student Learning Motivation. The theories that used in this research is interpersonal communications effectiveness by Joseph Devito and planned behavior by Ajzen. This research is a quantitative descriptive research. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 79 respondents (Students of class VIII MTs Negeri 1 Kota Lubuklinggau). The results of the research obtained tcount > ttable i.e. tcount = 2.389 and ttable = 1.66488. This shows that there is influence of Homeroom Teacher Interpersonal Communication Teacher with Students on Student Learning Motivation. The magnitude of the effect of variable x on variable y is 4.8%. Keywords: Homeroom teacher communication, interpersonal communication, student, learning motivation
