ANALISIS PERSEPSI AUDITEE TERHADAP KUALITAS AUDIT KANTOR AKUNTAN PUBLIK DI PALEMBANG
This research was conducted to detect factors influencing clients satisfaction and the quality of audit based on clients perspective. The research was done using a designated questionnaire The companies chosen as a samples are not limited only to companies using big four CPA firms. Moreover, the audit periode used in this research is after year 2000. The reason behind this is because some of previous researches used the 1980s lo lhe beginning of 2000 period. This research is therefore conducted to know whether there is a difference in clients perception in using the audit services from accounting firms for that period. This research used client satisfaction and audit quality as dependent variable where as Client Experience, Industry Expertise, Responsiveness, Technical Competence, and Executive lm•olvement are considered as independent variables.
