The objective of this research was to analyze the correlation between inflation and unemployment in ASEAN countries from 2003 until 2012. The variables used were inflation and unemployment. Inflation was measured from the growth of consumer price index and unemployment was viewed from the open unemployment aspect. This research used qualitative and quantitative analysis technique in which the quantitative analysis used was panel data regression. The research result showed that statistically inflation and unemployment variables in ASEAN countries from 2003 until 2012 significantly affected to each other and had negative correlation. In other words the inflation and unemployment were not stable.
