The objective of this research was to know the effect of tax revenue sharing and natural resource sharing on the economic growth of regency-municipality i n South Sumatera province. The secondary data used in this research were tax revenue sharing, natural resource sharing, and economic growth of regency-municipality in South Sumatera. The independent variables of the research were tax revenue sharing and natural resource sharing. Meanwhile economic growth of regency-municipality in South Sumatera Province was know as dependent variable. The method used in this research was quantitative and qualitative analysis which quantitative analysis used multiple regression. The result of analysis showed that tax revenue sharing and natural resousrce sharing had significantly positive effect on the economic growth of regency-municipality in South Sumatera Province.
