The aim of this study is to determine the influence of environmental performance and CSR disclosure on financial performance either partially or simultaneously at the manufacturing companies that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Statistical testing is done by using multiple regression analysis approach with a significance level of 5%, where the conclusions is drawn by F test (simultaneous) and t test (partial). The results of this study indicate that partially there is no significant effect between environmental performance to financial performance, and there also no significant effect of CSR disclosure to financial performance, this can be seen from the significance value >5%. Simultaneously test results also showed that there is no significant effect between environmental performance and CSR disclosure to financial performance of the manufacturing companies that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange, it is also seen from the significance value > 5%. From the research, the authors suggest the next writer to add more sample or adding company's size, organizational structure, and business strategy as an independent variable in next research.
