This study aims to determine how the influence of Regional Real Income and the General Allocation Fund to the Capital Budget Allocation in Palembang year 2004-2008. The result showed that the Regional Real Income (PAD) has not too big influence to the Capital Budget Allocation. This is indicated by the ratio analysis which showed that over a period of five years ratio of PAD to Capital Budget decreased an average of 56.34% per annum. Decrease in this ratio, causing a trend or average propensity of local revenue using to capital budget during the period of five years overall has decreased by 8.99% for each year. While the General Allocation Fund (DAU) has a huge influence on the allocation of Capital Budget. This is indicated by the ratio analysis which showed that during the five-year average ratio of DAU to the Capital Budget amounted to 299.43% per year and has decreased the overall trend that is equal to 47.90/4 annually.
