This study aimed to evaluate the accounting payment system on PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang. Accounting Payment System is the system which is used to determine how to collect the data, to concise, to classify, to analyze and to report to the management or external that which need the Information. From this accounting system, all company leaders can determine the rewards system and how much the payment for the employees. Accounting payment system that is implemented by PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang has some advantages and disadvantages. It can bee seen from some procedures which implemented on accounting payment system like fingerprint as absent system for employees with a good technology but the other side the absent system with fingerprint still has failures in saving employees data. So, PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang is expected to implement a system which has a good technology and minimum level of error.
