PENGARUH PUBLIKASI PENGANUGERAHAN IMAC TERKAIT REPUTASI PERUSAHAAN TERBADAP RETURN SAHAM: SUATU ANALISIS EFISIENSI PASAR MODAL
This research aim to get empirical evidence about the influence of IMAC publication conferment related of coorporate reputation to share return for coorporate obtaining the conferment. In conferment of !MAC, there are ten parameters that used to measure coorporate reputation, the tenth of these assessment parameters at the same time become factors in forming coorporate reputation, there are; it can be trusted, innovation, grow and expand better, arrange good governance, care environment, social responsibility, high attention to consumer, quality products and services, owning quality employees, and give pride for employees that working there. Result of this research indicate that there is not significant influence to share return before and after IMAC publication conferment related of coorporate reputation. This is caused by investor still orient at return short-range, information concerned coorporate reputation representing strategic asset to coorporate which can give financial advantage in long term, it has not responded properly yet. This is indication that condition of Indonesian capital market in weak form. Writer suggests that coorporate must be started managing reputation by attention the forming factors of reputation and integrating in daily business operational. For investor, writer suggests that cooporate reputation is made as an analyse in taking decision of invesment. Changing of this paradigm is expected to support in creating condition of efficient capital market that available; relevant information, easy, quickly, accurate, and according to the rule of game in capital market.
