This study aimed to know amount of the influence of internet financial reporting, degree of information disclosure on website, and age of website to the frequency of companies stock trading. The sample used in this study are companies that exist in LQ45 Index. After doing analysis using multiple linear regression, the results showed that the internet financial reporting and the degree of information disclosure on website have a posilive and significanl influence to the frequency of companies stock trading during 2007 to 2010. However, the age of a website does not have a significant influence. To reduce information asymmetry between companies and stakeholders, especially investors, the author recommend that companies must practice internet financial reporting and gives a lot of useful information for investors on internet or website. This is because presentation of information on the internet has many advantages compared with other media.
