This study aims to determine and evaluate the implementation of the Government Internal Control System (GICS) in Labat regency administration. The results showed that application of the Government Internal Control System (GICS) in Labat regency administration has been applied, although not completely effective because there are still weaknesses that indicated. These weaknesses include the local government still has not really understand the issues contained in the Government Internal Control System (GICS), such as risk analysis, information systems, and lack of human resources available to support the implementation of government Internal Control System with more effective . Expected to further research in order to perform a more in-depth study to take action of direct observations to really know the implementation of Government Internal Control System which has been run and add a variable that may affect the Government Internal Control System to test variables such as good governance.
