This research was aimed to effect of SBI interest rate, Inflation Rate and Gross Domestic Product (GDP) on the Third Party Fund (TPF) in Indonesia. The data used in this research were time series in the period of 2008.1 to 2013.IV. These data were analyzed both qualitatively and quantitatively using the ordinary least squares regression method (OLS). The result of this research were variable SBI interest rate has a positive influence to the third party fund in amount 6303.531, which means the increasing of SBI interest rate will be followed by the increasing of third party fund. Variable inflation rate has a positive influence to third party fund n in amount 3248.346, which means the increasing of inflation rate will be followed by the increasing of third party fund. Variable gross domestic product has a positive influence to the third pary fund in amount 0.042731, which means the increasing of gross domestic product (GDP) will be followed by the increasing of third party fund in commercial bank.
