ANALISIS KELAYAKAN USAHA DAN KEUNTUNGAN PADA USAHA WARUNG TENDA PECEL LELE KHAS LAMONGAN DI KOTA INDERALAYA
Stall tent business introduced pecel lele as a new menu to the public in Inderalaya city. The research was aimed and analyze the feasibility and profitability of pecel lele’s stall tent viewed ffom selling pricing, profitability and feasibility which were determined by analysis of the B/C ratio. Primary data obtained directly through field observations was used. The technique of analysis used in this study is descriptive qualitative technique with cross-tabulation method. The results showed that 20 respondents are used mark-up pricing by added up divergent percentage profits to Capital in determining the selling price in order to gain high profit. Large or small the rate of profit and the total cost that have been used will affects the value of a B/C ratio to find out how the feasibility of the venture at a stall tent; Based on the analysis of B/C ratio is obtained as many as 11 respondents classified their business were feasible, this could be seen from the total cost Iess then the profit, and the rest of 9 respondents whose business was not feasible.
