In this research, the inflationary relations between rupiah exchange rate in Indonesia is discussed with granger causality test to know there is a relationship between inflation and rupiah exchange rate. Based on the granger causality test, it is seen the probability HO which States the Exchange Rate to Inflation is less than 0.05 ie 0.0366 whereas the probability HO which States Inflation on Exchange is also less than 0.05 which is 0.0014 so it can be concluded receive H1 and reject H0 Which States That Inflation of Exchange has a reciprocal or interrelated relationship.
