This explorative research conducted 2013, is intended to test the hypothesis about the influences of reward system, Total Quality Management, performance measurement system, the reward system and Total Quality Management interaction, and the performance measurement system and Total Quality Management interaction to managerial performance of Astra Motor Palembang. The research use guestionnaire with 177 samples of middle managers and staff employee of the total population 243 persons. It uses the regression method with path analysis to test hypothesis. The results of the research are Hs dan H7 can not be acceptable, meaning that the performance measurement system to Total Quality Management and the performance measurement system and Total Quality Management interaction to managerial performance have negative influence and significant. The other five hyphotesis could be accepted through the test have been done.
