This study was aimed at finding out the influence of the Indonesian Bank Certificates on controlling the inflation in Indonesia. The secondary data from March 2008 to December 2012 were the main data in this study. The Ordinary Least Square (OLS) was applied to analyze the data. The findings showed that the rates of Indonesian Bank Certificates significantly influenced the inflation in Indonesia. The Indonesian Bank Certificates were the instrument in the monetary policy making which could help control the inflation in Indonesia in the long run.
