The research was conducted to know the credit provision system and lo find out the reasons of Non-Performing Loans on Mortgage (KPR) at PT. Bank Sumselbabel, Sungai Liat Branch, Bangka Belitung. The method of research was descriptive method which was using collecting, organizing, and classifying the data in order to find the wholistic and obvious description of credit provision system. The research showed that Mortgage (KPR) at Bank Sumselbabel, Sungai Liat Branch increased during 2008 to 2010. One of the factors was the Mortgage System at Bank Surnselbabel, Sungai Liat Branch had not use online system which caused piled up papers. It would decreased bank performance on deciding credit agreement. Besides, The system could be the ways for the unscrupulous bank staff to do the manipulation. So, the efficiency could be increased by decreasing the piled up papers (paper less).
