EVALUASI SISTEM PENGHARGAAN BERBASIS KINERJA PADA PT. PLN (PERSERO) PEMBANGKITAN SUMATERA BAGIAN SELATAN
This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of performance-based rewards system on PT. PLN (PERSERO) Pembangkitan Sumatera Bagian Selatan. Performance-based reward system is one of the control equipment used by companies to motivate personnel (company employees) in order to achieve company goals (rather than individual personnel goals) with the behavior as expected by the company (not personalJy preferred behavior). Employees as human resources are a means to achieve its goals, and also one of decisive factors that have a big hand in determining the company's performance in the future. Reward system that is used in PT. PLN (PERSERO) Pembangkitan Penyaluran Sumatera Bagian Selatan, such as pay for person, pay for position, pay for performance and Employee Benefits have been very good because the compensation granted to employees is adjusted with the results of the employee's own performance (performance based). Performance assessment that determines the amount of compensation received by employees is determined based Employee Performance Appraisal, Employee Performance Assessment, Level of Functional, Structural Job Level, Level Competency and is there an extra contribution given to the company by the employees
