This research was aimed at finding out the development and effect of concentration and efficiency ratio toward the benefit of ceramic industries in Indonesia. The variables used were concentration ratio (CR4), efficiency, and Price Cost-Margin (PCM) as the proxy of benefits. The data used were time series within 1990-2011 periods. The data were obtained Central Agency on Statistics of Indonesia using 5 digits of industrial classification System called International Standard Industrial Classification (ISIC/ This research used the technique of quantitative and descriptive analysis with multiple linear regression estimated with Ordinary Least Square fOLS) method. The research findings showed that the concentration ratio (CR4) and efficiency significantlv affected the benefits of ceramic industry in Indonesia and had positive effecct.
