The objectives of this research are I) to evaluate the cash acceptable inform 1tion System of rumah sakit umum pusat Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang, 2) to find the weaknesses of the system and 3) give the solution to prevent the problems. Research finding has shown that the cash acceptable information system in rumah sakit umum pusat (R~MH) so many weaknesses. If we see in input. Proccess and output we can find the weaknesses from four procedures in RSMH. One of the w·eaknesses is internal control in RSMH. In order to repair the weaknesses, RSMH must improve internal control system and connl!ct the computer that use in RSMH.
