Research was conducted to find out how a hospital's performance measured againts the govermenl with value for money, namely efficiency, effectiveness and economic. Research done at the Public Hospital Dis/rick Palembang Bari. Data used in analyzing the problems is the primary and secondary data such as budget and the realization of income and expenditure hospital, and document from medical record While technical analysis is a technique used deskriptive qualitative analysis, the information obtained from the result of research in comparison with the theory that supports and analysis with quantitative measurement of efficiency, effectiveness, and economical. After the research is done, some indicators that are not yet meet the standard, show the performance al hospitals has not been optimal. Therefore, it is expected the hospital can make efforts to evaluate and follow up the report the level of health services to the community the most and more careful in planning the needs, facilities, and infrastructure based on the regulation
