This study aims to determine the effectiveness of State's Property Management at Sriwijaya University. Sriwijaya University selected as the research object because at Sriwijaya University is a Public Service Board in its activities providing maximum services that need to be performed operational audits to assess the effectiveness of State's Property Management. This research is a qualitative descriptive study, which the authors went through direct object of research, Sriwijaya University in order to obtain the required data and information. The types of data used in this research is primary data and secondary data. The results showed that of the ten forms of State's Property Management, there are four management activities can be said to have not been effective at Sriwijaya University, namely the use, safety and maintenance, assessment, and administration of state's property.
