FAKTOR FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI NILAI PRODUKSI DAN PREFERENSI KONSUMEN PADA RUMAH MAKAN PADANG DI BUKIT BESAR PALEMBANG
Production value is total products which measured by average of IDR at a certain period. The production value is influenced by Capital and hours of work, the Capital is funds that are used to run the business in order to make production whereas hours is the length of time it has been in the shed to complete a job. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of Capital and work hours to the production value of Padang Restaurant at Bukit Besar Palembang. Variables used in this research are Capital, work hours, and customer preference. The type of research used is a descriptive and assosiative research which are the research that describe the variables and find if there any influence between independent and dependent variables. The type of data in this research id primary data from year 2013 with direct observation as the collection method. The population of this research are all of padang restaurant at bukit besar Palembang, with a total of 18 sample. Researcher using multiple regression to analyze, which is ordinary least square at eviews 6 program. The result of this research shows that Capital and work hours significantly have a positive influence to the production value of padang restaurant at bukit besar Palembang.
