EVALUASI ATAS PENGELOLAAN KEUANGAN DAERAH BERDASARKAN PERMENDAGRI NOMOR 13 TAHUN 2006 PADA SKPD DINAS PENERANGAN JALAN PERTAMANAN, DAN PEMAKAMAN KOTA PALEMBANG
Update on financial management is characterized by the issuance of Government Regulation No. 58 of 2005 with the adoption of the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 13 of 2006. No. 13/2006 Permendagri demanding a greater role than financial element in each of the regional work units (SKPD) such as financial reporting resulting in each SKP D, Finance Administration Officer (PPK) and the Technical Executive Officer (PPTK) which SKPD care of all there is in the process of financial accountability unit, and each head SKPD responsible for financial statements related SKPD. This study aims to evaluate the management of local finance in the Office of Information SKP D Road, Gardening, and a Funeral (PJPP) Palembang. The results showed that SKPD PJPP Department has conducted a true separation of functions in accordance with Article 5 seen from the existence of a clear separation of functions between treasury functions, financial administration, accounting and technical implementation activities. The evaluation of the accounting function visible from the administration of accounting whereby revenues and expenditures and recording procedures are in accordance with the PSAP No. 02 paragraph 22 and paragraph 32. While making financial reports are made twice in one year in the period of the semester (January-June) and annual period (January-December) which has done the conversion of financial statements of the PP No.24 of 2005 to Permendagri No. 13 of 2006.
