The development of the business world today is filled with the emergence of global competition is very tight with relying on technology and the latest information. To improve the competitiveness of PT Pertamina EP Region Sumatera have to do repairs and improving the quality of an effective and efficient. One way to do this is to perform auditing on a11 aspects of the company. Management is one aspect that can affect the ability of the company in the business world. There are several functions that are owned by the organization according to management, namely production management, marketing, finance, human resources, etc .. All these functions require an audit to determine whether these functions have been run effectively and efficiently. Human Resource Management is the management of the most close to us because we are the main perpetrators. Audit of human resource management evaluation of each control ( controlling) that affect the effectiveness and efficiency of a company. Audit of human resource management is directed to assess the overall operational management of the auctit object, both managerial functions (planning, organizing, directing, and controlling) as well as the functions of the company business as a whole is intended to achieve company goals.
